The Central University of Jammu, in collaboration with the Inter University Accelerator Centre (IUAC), New Delhi, invites applications for the temporary position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF)/Project Fellow for the IUAC-sponsored project titled:

Key Details
- Project Duration: Three years
- Position Tenure: One year, extendable annually for up to two additional years based on performance

Job Description
The selected candidate will perform experimental research related to the project in collaboration with IUAC, New Delhi.
Monthly Fellowship
- NET/GATE Qualified Candidates:
- ₹25,000/month for the initial two years
- ₹28,000/month in the third year
- Non-NET/GATE Candidates:
- ₹16,000/month for the initial two years
- ₹18,000/month in the third year
Essential Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physics/Applied Physics from a recognized university/institution with 55% marks (or equivalent CGPA).
- NET (JRF)/GATE/SET qualification preferred.
Desirable Experience
Research experience in materials science experimental work is preferred.

- The position is temporary and co-terminus with the project duration.
