Seven Injured in Bus Accident Near Myari Bridge, Katra

SRINAGAR: At least seven people sustained injuries in a road accident on Saturday when a bus travelling from Katra to Jammu overturned near Myari Bridge in the Udhampur district.

According to officials GNS, the injured passengers were promptly rushed to CHC Katra for medical treatment. Those injured have been identified as Darshana Devi (45), wife of Bansi Lal; Kanta Devi (62), wife of Krishan Chand; Sudesh Kumari (62), wife of Gyan Chand; and Jugal, son of Bansi Lal—all residents of Serli, Katra. Rani Devi (42), wife of the late Puran Chand, also from Serli, was among the injured. Additionally, Manisha Devi (27), daughter of Balbir Singh, a resident of Maghal, Katra, and Radhika (23), daughter of Bishan Dass, a resident of Kadmal, Katra, were hurt in the mishap.
