SKUAST Kashmir Recruitment 2025: Walk-In Interview for Project Associate-II Post on June 13 : Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology (SKUAST), Kashmir has announced a walk-in interview for the recruitment of Project Associate-II under the project titled “Demonstration of site-specific Apple orcharding systems vis-à-vis Nursery development under Himalayan agro-ecological conditions of Kashmir.” The project is funded by the Department of Biotechnology, Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of India, and the position will be filled purely on a contractual basis, co-terminus with the project.

Eligibility Criteria:

Essential Qualification:

  • M.Sc. in Horticulture or Agriculture

Desirable Qualification:

  • Research experience in temperate fruit crops, especially apples

Preferable Qualification:

  • NET qualified

Age Limit:

  • Candidates should be between 21 to 45 years of age.
  • Age relaxation will be applicable as per GOI/ICAR guidelines.

Instructions for Candidates:

  • Candidates must bring a typed biodata, original documents, attested copies of certificates, passport size photographs, and relevant experience certificates.
  • If already employed, candidates should produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer.
  • The position is need-based and contractual, and services can be terminated at any time if not required.
  • Selected candidates shall not be entitled to claim any permanent position at SKUAST-K.
  • No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
