“The deceased, identified as Bilal Ahmad Alie, son of Abdul Ahad Alie, a resident of Trichal Pulwama, died after a heap of soil collapsed on him during the excavation,” officials said.
Police have taken cognisance of the incident and initiated an investigation into the cause of death. (GNS
