Interview Schedule and Call Letters

• Call letters will be sent to the shortlisted candidates via the email addresses provided in their application forms.
• Shortlisted candidates must bring original documents supporting their qualifications and eligibility. Failure to produce these documents will result in disqualification from the interview.

Important Instructions for Candidates

1. Candidates must arrive 30 minutes prior to the scheduled interview time for document verification.
2. In case a candidate cannot access their call letter via email, they are advised to contact the Recruitment Section at the University for assistance.
3. The list of shortlisted candidates is available on the Jobs/Recruitment portal of the University of Kashmir.
