UPSSSC ;The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) is set to release the results for 2567 Mukhya Sevika posts soon. The recruitment exam, conducted on 24 September 2023, initially aimed to fill 2693 posts in the Child Development Services and Nutrition Department. However, a legal challenge by 126 contractual employees delayed the declaration of results for those posts.

Court’s Decision on Contractual Posts

The contractual employees opposed the advertisement for the posts they were holding, taking the matter to court. After reviewing the case, the court declared these 126 contractual posts vacant, clearing the way for UPSSSC to announce the results for the remaining 2567 posts.

Revised Post Details

According to UPSSSC Secretary Avnish Saxena, the category-wise distribution of the 2567 posts is as follows:

  • Unreserved Category: 1027 posts
  • Scheduled Caste (SC): 540 posts
  • Scheduled Tribe (ST): 51 posts
  • Other Backward Class (OBC): 693 posts
  • Economically Weaker Section (EWS): 256 posts

Details of the revised posts have been published on the commission’s official website: upsssc.gov.in.
