PM Kisan Yojana: If you are also waiting for PM Kisan Saman Nidhi Yojana i.e. 12th installment of PM Kisan then there is good news for you. The government will soon transfer Rs 2,000 to the accounts of more than 12 crore farmers across the country. According to information, the 12th installment of PM Kisan Yojana will be released to the farmers soon. It is being told that by September 30, 2022, the money will reach the bank accounts of the farmers. However, no official announcement has been made by the government regarding the date of transfer of money.

Let us tell you that the government has made e-KYC mandatory to prevent irregularities in the scheme. The last date for updating e-KYC was set as August 31. However, e-KYC of farmers was not completed, so it was extended. Due to which the farmers are getting delayed in getting the 12th installment amount. In such a situation, if you have not done e-KYC yet, visit the PM Kisan Yojana website and complete your e-KYC today.

Check if your name is in the list or not?

First go to PM Kisan portal https://pmkisan.gov.in/ On the home page, go to the menu bar and go to ‘Farmer’s Corner’.

Click/tap on the list of beneficiaries here. After doing this a page will open on your screen.

Here you select your state from the drop down menu in state.

Then select district in second tab, tehsil or sub-district in third, block in fourth and your village name in fifth.

After that as soon as you click on Get Report, the entire village list will appear in front of you.

About the plan?

Let us tell you that under the PM Kisan Yojana, the government provides financial assistance of Rs. 2,000 in three installments of Rs. Under this scheme, total 11 installments have been received in the farmers’ account so far. Now the 12th episode is coming soon.

Now there is a big update regarding the 12th installment of PM Kisan Yojana. The first tranche of the official PM scheme will be released from April to 31 July 2022, the second tranche between September and November and the third tranche from 1 December to 31 March 2022. (PC: PTI)

In such a situation, the amount of 12 installments of PM Kisan Yojana can be transferred to the account of farmers on 1st September 2022. There is no official confirmation yet, but the government may do so soon.

Those who do not complete the e-KYC process under PM Kisan Yojana will not get the benefit of 12 installments. Even earlier, 11 installments have not been transferred to farmers’ accounts without KYC.

What did Union Minister Anurag Thakur say?

Information and Broadcasting Minister Anurag Thakur while giving information said that till now more than 3 crore people have benefited from this scheme. Along with this, the government has also increased the credit guarantee of this scheme from Rs 4.5 crore to Rs 5 crore.

To whom has this loan been given?

This loan is given to farmers at 79% p.a. to meet the working capital requirement of agriculture and allied activities. Earlier this loan was given only to farmers. Farmers who later try their hand at businesses like animal husbandry, dairying and fishing are also given the benefit.

Employment opportunities will increase in agriculture.

It is believed that after this decision of the government, the number of farmers taking loans through Kisan Credit Card will increase. By using it, farmers will be able to improve their farming and cultivation which will also provide employment opportunities in this sector. Recently, Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar also informed about this.
