Terms and Conditions
- Temporary Basis: Utilization of the shortlisted ToT certified trainers will be purely on a temporary basis as per the institute’s requirements.
- Remuneration: Payment will be made according to the norms in vogue and funds available under the scheme.
- Shortlisting Criteria: The same criteria as used for shortlisting Guest Instructors will be followed.
- Discontinuation: The assignment can be discontinued without prior notice due to non-performance, lack of availability of trainees, or at the discretion of the head of the institution.
- Discipline and Punctuality: Trainers are expected to maintain discipline and punctuality and work to the satisfaction of the trainees and the head of the institution.
- No Guarantee: Mere submission of the application, eligibility, or completion of ToT certification does not guarantee assignment as a trainer.
