Eligibility Criteria for IIT Jammu Recruitment 2024
Educational Qualifications
- JRF:
- M.E./M.Tech./MS(R) or equivalent degree in ECE, EE, Microelectronics, VLSI Design, Embedded Systems with 65% marks or
- B.E./B.Tech./M.Sc. in relevant fields with 65% marks and a valid GATE/NET score.
- SRF:
- Same qualifications as JRF, with an additional 2 years of research experience in VLSI Design.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Verilog/VHDL and EDA tools (e.g., Cadence, Synopsys).
- Candidates awaiting final results can also apply.
Age Limit
- JRF: Maximum age of 30 years.
- SRF: Maximum age of 32 years.
- Age relaxations will be provided as per government norms for SC/ST/OBC/PH/Women candidates.
Salary Details
- JRF: ₹37,000 + HRA per month
- SRF: ₹42,000 + HRA per month
