Jammu & Kashmir: SRINAGAR: An accident in Poonch’s Seri Khawaja area on Tuesday has left one person dead and another injured when a tractor lost its balance and overturned, leading to the incident.
Shikara Accident in Dal Lake: All Four Occupants Rescued.
An official said that the tractor was carrying two people when it overturned. One of them suffered severe injuries and later passed away, while the other sustained injuries and is in stable condition.
The deceased has been identified as Mushtaq Ahmed, a 30-year-old son of Mohd Joo, a resident of Seri Khawaja. The injured person, Yasir Ahmed (18), is also from the same area. He is currently receiving treatment at the nearby health facility and is reported to be in stable condition.The police have registered a case and are investigating what caused the accident. (KB)
