Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) / Cost Accountant (CMA). Firms must be registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) or the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICoAI).
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of practicing experience.
Age Limit: Individual applicants must be between 25 to 65 years. For firms, at least one partner must be under 65 years of age.
Legal Qualification: Must meet the provisions of Section 141 of the Companies Act, 2013, for appointment as Auditors.
Nationality: Must be a citizen of India.
Tax Compliance: Individuals and firms, including all partners, must be income tax assessees.
Desirable Attributes
Preferred Qualifications: Empanelment with PSBs, FIs, DRT, High Court, or Supreme Court. Firms with partners or personnel experienced in SAP environments or holding CISA/DISA certifications. Firms operating in UTs of J&K and Ladakh will be given preference.
Job Responsibilities
Empanelled stock auditors will conduct stock, book debt, and receivables audits for borrower accounts in J&K Bank branches across various states and UTs.
