Srinagar, Nov 10: A policeman died after his car met with an accident near the Sadhna Top area of Kupwara district on Sunday.

Quoting an official news agency NVI reported that a policeman was travelling from Police Post Taad, Karnah, towards Kupwara in an Alto car bearing registration number JK09B 2325, when it met with an accident and head constable died on spot.

They identified the deceased policemam as HC Ghulam Rasool, a resident of Chanjmulla handwara.
Meanwhile, police have taken cognizance of the incident.
