T20 World Cup 2022: Good news for India, this star batsman of England may be out of the semi-finals due to injury!

Ahead of the India vs England semi-final match, a bad news is coming out for Jos Buttler’s team.  English team’s star batsman David Malan may be out of this important match due to injury.  This was confirmed by the team’s all-rounder Moeen Ali on Monday.  The second semi-final of the T20 World Cup 2022 between India and England is to be played on 10 November in Adelaide Over.  The injury of this left-handed batsman has increased the problems of the team in the knockout match.

 Talking to the BBC on Monday, 7 November, Moeen Ali said, ‘He has been one of our best players for many years.  I don’t know, but to be honest it doesn’t look right.  He went for a scan yesterday and when he came, we don’t really know much but it doesn’t look great.’

 Let me tell you, Malan suffered this injury in the match against Sri Lanka, in the last match of Super-12, he got injured during fielding.  After that he did not come on the field.  Chasing a target of 142 runs, Malan did not come to bat even when the team was in trouble, which can be understood from how serious his injury is.

 Apart from this, Moeen Ali also talked about the semi-final match against India.  Describing England as an underdog, Moin praised the Indian team, saying that Team India has played wonderful cricket in the last one year.

 Moeen further said, ‘England is the underdog.  India have been playing really well in the last one year and even if you look at the tournament they are playing really well.  I don’t think we should be honest, but we are a little behind them.
