In a move aimed at streamlining the administration, Mr. Joginder Singh Rai, JKAS, who was awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department, has been appointed as Special Secretary to the Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister.

Meanwhile, Mr. Abdul Khabir, JKAS, who was serving as Special Assistant to the Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister, has been transferred to the Tribal Affairs Department, where he will assume the role of Deputy Secretary to the Government.
The order takes effect immediately and is expected to enhance administrative efficiency in the respective departments. Further reshuffling of posts is anticipated as part of the government’s ongoing efforts to optimize governance.
