Tragic Accident Claims Lives of Finance Director, Wife, and Son; Daughter Injured on Mughal Road
SRINAGAR: Ranbir Singh Bali, the Director of Finance in the Forest, Ecology, and Environment Department, along with his wife and son, tragically lost their lives when the vehicle they were traveling in plunged into a gorge near Pannar bridge on Mughal Road. The incident occurred on Sunday.
According to official sources, the accident happened around 7:40 PM when a swift car (registration number JK02BD-4635) was en route from Surankote to Kashmir Valley via Mughal Road. Three occupants of the car lost their lives on the spot, while another person sustained injuries and was swiftly evacuated to a nearby hospital by rescuers, including locals and police.

The deceased have been identified as Ranbir Singh Bali, his wife Parvinder Kour, and their son Irvan Singh. The condition of their daughter Mahreen Kour is reported to be stable and out of danger. Currently, only Parvinder Kour’s body has been recovered.
